The company believes that successful career paths in the hotel business can start at any level on the organizational chart—demonstrating a genuine commitment to career growth and employee development. HVMG values flexibility, comprehensive benefits, and a warm professional demeanor in all associates, making it an employer of choice within the hospitality industry.
The role of Bar Supervisor at HVMG is a dynamic and rewarding position perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality and mixology. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for crafting both classic and creative beverages while ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. You will engage directly with guests, manage bar inventory, and maintain a clean, organized bar environment. Your efforts contribute significantly to creating an enjoyable experience for all guests, reinforcing HVMG's Culture of Excellence.
This role requires a balance of mixology skills, supervisory experience, and an ability to thrive within a flexible work schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Reporting to the Beverage Manager or senior Bar Supervisor, your responsibilities extend beyond drink preparation to include ensuring the bar operates smoothly, supporting staff, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and customer engagement. The position not only offers immediate opportunities within the bar setting but also paves the way for future growth possibilities, such as advancing to roles like sommelier, food and beverage manager, or other leadership positions within the hospitality sector.
At HVMG, associates benefit from a supportive environment with access to career growth across a nationwide portfolio of properties. Flexible scheduling options allow for work-life balance, while financial wellness benefits such as access to earned wages before payday, paid time off, and paid holidays provide added security and peace of mind. Comprehensive healthcare benefits—including medical, dental, and vision coverage—along with a 401(k) plan featuring a guaranteed 4% match with no vesting period, further enhance the total compensation package. Exclusive hotel and food and beverage discounts also reward associates for their dedication and hard work.
If you are eligible to work in the United States, possess sufficient education and communication skills, and have the physical ability to meet the demands of the position, you will find the Bar Supervisor role at HVMG both challenging and rewarding. The company prides itself on being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming applicants from diverse backgrounds and ensuring that opportunities for advancement are available to all employees. Join HVMG to be part of a company where your contributions are valued and your career can flourish in the hospitality industry.
