Job Requirements
- Proven leadership experience with 3+ years in bartending and prior supervisory exposure in an upscale hospitality environment
- strong understanding of beverage operations, cost control, and guest service excellence
- ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting, ensuring professionalism and high performance
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly
- certification in RBS and Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of hire

- availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise and schedule bar team members
- coach, train, and support performance to meet guest expectations and operational standards
- oversee bar operations including cleanliness, setup, inventory, and preparation of beverages in accordance with recipes and pour standards
- monitor inventory, participate in monthly counts, and ensure accurate ordering and stock rotation
- promote and ensure responsible alcohol service aligned with state and local guidelines
- engage with guests to enhance satisfaction, resolve concerns, and maintain a vibrant and professional atmosphere
- collaborate on promotions, events, and seasonal cocktail rollouts
- ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and health regulations
