Responsibilities include managing and training a team of bartenders and barbacks, maintaining inventory control, ensuring compliance with state and local alcohol service regulations, and supporting the profitability of the bar through efficient operational practices. This role involves close collaboration with the Food & Beverage leadership team to align bar service standards and participate in the rollout of new promotional offerings and seasonal cocktail menus.

Job Requirements
- Proven leadership experience with 3+ years in bartending and prior supervisory exposure in an upscale hospitality environment
- certification in RBS and Food Handler's Card within 30 days of hire
- strong understanding of beverage operations, cost control, and guest service excellence
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly

Job Duties
- Supervise and schedule bar team members
- coach, train, and support performance to meet guest expectations and operational standards
- oversee bar operations including cleanliness, setup, inventory, and preparation of beverages in accordance with recipes and pour standards
- monitor inventory, participate in monthly counts, and ensure accurate ordering and stock rotation
- promote and ensure responsible alcohol service aligned with state and local guidelines
- engage with guests to enhance satisfaction, resolve concerns, and maintain a vibrant and professional atmosphere
