Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as needed
  • rotate between bar roles (bartender, barback, runner, support) based on event needs
  • check IDs and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and policies
  • operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
  • restock bar supplies including liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar areas before, during, and after events
  • assist with setup and breakdown of bar stations
  • support team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak times
  • follow all health, safety, and company guidelines
  • handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed
  • deliver food to customers as needed at certain events
  • tear down and set up for private events based on client needs
