Job Description

Four Seasons is the global leader in luxury hospitality, widely recognized for its people-first culture, strong emphasis on personal development, teamwork, and unwavering commitment to excellence. Established as a premier hotel and resort company, Four Seasons operates worldwide, providing guests with unforgettable experiences marked by impeccable service and refined comfort. The company’s success is deeply rooted in its passionate and dedicated employees who bring character, professionalism, and skill to their respective roles. With a focus on fostering an environment where team members can grow and collaborate effectively, Four Seasons consistently delivers world-class hospitality that surpasses guest expectations.

The resort offers an elevated blend of adventure and refined comfort, imaginatively curated by a skilled and attentive team of hospitality professionals. Guests visiting the resort enjoy exceptional amenities, tranquil environments, and memorable service designed to delight at every touchpoint. Whether the occasion calls for relaxation or excitement, Four Seasons creates spaces where every experience is uniquely tailored and flawlessly executed.

The Bar Staff role at Four Seasons is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, service-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced event setting. This role involves crafting elevated beverage experiences for guests during private functions, celebrations, and resort events. From intimate receptions to large-scale galas, you will exemplify the polished and seamless bar service that is a hallmark of Four Seasons. The responsibilities include providing exceptional beverage service consistent with the brand’s standards and strict adherence to alcohol service regulations.

A critical component of the role is enhancing guest interactions by serving with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Bar Staff members are expected to prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the ingredients, preparation methods, and recommended pairings for all bar beverages. You will set up and break down bar stations to meet the specific requirements of each event, ensuring that mixers, garnishes, tools, and supplies are fully stocked and organized.

Collaboration is key in this position as well. You will work closely with banquet captains, event managers, and other service team members to ensure events run smoothly and that guests’ needs are anticipated and met with grace and professionalism. Handling guest concerns or special requests with tact and problem-solving abilities is essential to exceed expectations and enhance the overall guest experience. The role also demands strict compliance with sanitation standards, safety procedures, and responsible alcohol service guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic bar environment.

Additionally, you may be called upon to support other food and beverage outlets within the resort, including pool bar service, adding variety and breadth to the role. Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout each shift is a fundamental part of delivering excellent service and upholding the Four Seasons reputation.

This position offers competitive hourly compensation based on experience, with additional gratuities and service charge benefits during banquet events. There are opportunities for overtime during busy periods, providing flexibility and the potential for increased earnings. Benefits include access to one of the most competitive hospitality packages available, discounted housing, an employee travel program with exclusive discounts worldwide, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents, and five weeks of paid time off. Employees also enjoy resort-wide discounts on retail, spa services, and dining, complimentary meals in the employee cafeteria, free uniform dry cleaning, and discounted transferable ski passes.

Four Seasons is synonymous with exceptional service and a culture that values growth and collaboration. Joining the Bar Staff team means becoming part of an esteemed brand where your energy, creativity, and authenticity help create extraordinary guest experiences. The resort balances adventure, serenity, and elevated service, all supported by a committed and passionate team dedicated to professional excellence.
