Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • ability to stand for extended periods up to 8 hours
  • capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
  • flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • proactive and self-motivated
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience in an upscale resort, hotel, or sophisticated event venue
  • strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and current mixology trends
  • experience using MICROS or similar restaurant point-of-sale systems
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • naturally confident and sociable demeanor
  • preferred experience in banquet or event operations

Job Duties

  • Deliver outstanding drink service for banquet events
  • adhere to Four Seasons protocols and responsible alcohol service regulations
  • greet guests with professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness
  • prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and accurately
  • maintain knowledge of all bar offerings, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and recommended pairings
  • set up and break down bar stations ensuring all equipment, mixers, and garnishes are available
  • collaborate with banquet captains, event managers, and service staff to ensure smooth event execution
  • address guest concerns or unique requests courteously and provide solutions
  • follow sanitation standards, safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • support additional dining and beverage venues including pool bar operations
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout each shift
