Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bar server or bartender roles preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to stand for extended periods
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to New Jersey law
- Ability to manage cash transactions accurately
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bar server or bartender roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Knowledge of craft beverages and mixology is a plus
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Work as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
- Tend to guests' needs for drinks and/or food
- Uphold the integrity of Applebee's - Mt. Laurel with high knowledge of brand standards, techniques, and craft beverage service expectations
- Follow steps of service to meet brand standards
- Use POS system for entering orders and processing payments
- Clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas regularly
- Wash all barware dishes
- Manage cash properly
