- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations

- Previous experience as a bar server or bartender preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of drink preparation and craft beverage techniques

- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Reliable and punctual
Job Duties
- Work as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
- Tend to guests needs for drinks and or food
- Uphold the integrity of Applebee's - West Delray with a high level of knowledge on brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service
- Follow steps of service to meet brand standards
- Use POS system for entering orders and processing payments
- Clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas regularly
- Wash all barware dishes
- Manage cash properly
