Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
experience in bartending or bar service preferred
ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to handle high-volume and fast-paced work environment
ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
reliability and punctuality

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

work as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
tend to guests needs for drinks and or food
uphold the integrity of Applebee's - North Pointe with high knowledge on brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service
follow steps of service to meet brand standards
use POS system for entering orders and processing payments
clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas regularly
wash all barware dishes
be responsible for proper cash management
