- experience in bartending or bar service preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to handle high-volume and fast-paced work environment
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- reliability and punctuality

- knowledge of craft beverage techniques and brand standards
- experience using POS systems

Job Duties
- work as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
- tend to guests needs for drinks and or food
- uphold the integrity of Applebee's - North Pointe with high knowledge on brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service
- follow steps of service to meet brand standards
- use POS system for entering orders and processing payments
- clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas regularly
- wash all barware dishes
- be responsible for proper cash management
