Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in bartending or serving in a high-volume environment
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Availability to work full-time or part-time
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in bartending or bar service preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of POS systems
Understanding of bar safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

Work as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
Tend to guests needs for drinks and or food
Uphold Chuy's - Opry Mills brand standards with knowledge of craft beverage service
Follow steps of service to meet brand standards
Use POS system for entering orders and processing payments
Clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas regularly
Wash all barware dishes
Manage cash properly
