Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- At least 1 year of bartending or restaurant experience
- RBS certification
- Food safety/food handler certification
- Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with prolonged standing and walking
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to handle high-stress situations
- Must be able to multitask and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- If no bartending experience, 1 year restaurant experience and above 21 years of age
- RBS certification required
- Demonstrated success in service excellence and customer service
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations
- Familiarity with restaurant and food safety procedures
- Point of sale knowledge preferred
- Ability to perform all bar team duties effectively
- Food safety and food handler certification required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Effective English language communication
- Basic math skills
- Respect for diversity and community
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask under business demands
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
Job Duties
- Provide service excellence in hospitality, bar and beverage programs, and food service
- Make beverages with consistency and quality
- Maintain knowledge of worldly alcohol brands and flavors
- Operate point of sale systems
- Interact consistently with guests to foster positive public relations
- Complete financial reporting and end-of-shift check outs
- Support kitchen and service operations
- Assist with special events
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant environment
