The Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado in Santa Fe, New Mexico, offers a breathtaking high-desert retreat surrounded by the rugged beauty of the Sangre de Cristo foothills. This intimate 65-room resort is an enclave of romance and relaxation, just minutes from downtown Santa Fe’s shops and galleries. Guests enjoy starting their days with scenic hikes, indulging in healing spa treatments, and dining at Terra, the resort’s signature restaurant featuring elevated regional cuisine. The resort’s blend of natural serenity and luxury hospitality creates an inviting atmosphere for discerning travelers seeking a unique experience in the Land of Enchantment.

We are currently seeking a Regular Full-Time Bar Server for Terra Bar. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who embodies a genuine passion for service and the ability to build authentic connections with guests. The Bar Server will be responsible for delivering warm, engaging, and consistent hospitality aligned with the Four Seasons standards of excellence. Candidates should have current New Mexico Alcohol Serve and Food Handler certifications, at least two years of experience in high-end bar service or restaurant work, and strong knowledge of food, beverage, cocktails, beer, and wine. A flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, as is the physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

As a member of our team, you will follow established steps of service, expand your expertise in our full beverage program, and actively support your colleagues. Responsibilities include accurately processing guest transactions, anticipating guest needs, and contributing to a seamless and memorable guest experience. Job Duties

  • Follow steps of service to deliver warm, engaging, and consistent hospitality that aligns with Four Seasons standards of excellence
  • Demonstrate and continually expand knowledge of our full beverage program, including wines, cocktails, beers, and specialty spirits, and confidently share detailed ingredient and preparation information in a way that excites and inspires
  • Support the team as a dedicated colleague by completing side work, greeting and seating guests when needed, and operating the MICROS system with accuracy
  • Anticipate guest needs with a keen sense of awareness and presence, ensuring satisfaction through timely and thoughtful responses to questions or concerns
  • Accurately close guest checks, process payments, and properly handle voids or complimentary items in accordance with hotel procedures
