We are currently seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals for the role of Bar Server and Bartender at Main Event Frisco. As a Bar Server/Bartender, you will be the face of the bar area, creating memorable guest experiences by combining your passion for craft beverages with top-tier service skills. In this role, communication and teamwork are crucial. You will interact closely with guests, taking and delivering drink and food orders, operating the POS system, and managing cash transactions efficiently. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at the bar and guest service areas will also be part of your responsibilities to uphold health standards. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

work as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
tend to guests needs for drinks and/or food
uphold the integrity of Main Event Frisco with a high level of knowledge on brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service
follow steps of service to meet brand standards
use POS system for entering orders/processing payments
clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas regularly
wash all barware dishes
manage cash properly
