Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of food service experience required
- Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a dynamic service setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions
- Ability to pour, mix, and prepare a wide variety of beverages to standard recipes
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of food service experience required
- Bartending or beverage experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a dynamic service setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions
- Ability to pour, mix, and prepare a wide variety of beverages to standard recipes
Job Duties
- Provide warm, engaging service while guiding guests through food and beverage menus using descriptive knowledge of flavors, preparation, and origins
- Accurately take, enter, and coordinate guest orders including special requests using the POS system
- Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits according to established recipes and standards
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy, quality, and presentation standards
- Anticipate guest needs, check for satisfaction, and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items and beverages to confidently recommend and upsell offerings
- Accurately prepare and close guest checks, processing cash and credit card transactions
- Support daily operations including setup, breakdown, cleaning, stocking, and completing side work duties
- Assist with bar preparation tasks such as garnishes, mise en place, and inventory support
- Work collaboratively and professionally with team members while maintaining service standards
