Job Requirements

  • Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a dynamic service setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions
  • Ability to pour, mix, and prepare a wide variety of beverages to standard recipes

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of food service experience required
  • Bartending or beverage experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a dynamic service setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions
  • Ability to pour, mix, and prepare a wide variety of beverages to standard recipes

Job Duties

  • Provide warm, engaging service while guiding guests through food and beverage menus using descriptive knowledge of flavors, preparation, and origins
  • Accurately take, enter, and coordinate guest orders including special requests using the POS system
  • Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits according to established recipes and standards
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy, quality, and presentation standards
  • Anticipate guest needs, check for satisfaction, and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
  • Maintain strong knowledge of menu items and beverages to confidently recommend and upsell offerings
  • Accurately prepare and close guest checks, processing cash and credit card transactions
  • Support daily operations including setup, breakdown, cleaning, stocking, and completing side work duties
  • Assist with bar preparation tasks such as garnishes, mise en place, and inventory support
  • Work collaboratively and professionally with team members while maintaining service standards
