Job Qualifications
- Serving experience preferred
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to speak read write and understand the primary workplace language
- Good knowledge of food and preparation
- Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of wine
- Strong interpersonal skills to relate to guests and management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others
Job Duties
- Report to work at the scheduled time neatly groomed and in a clean uniform
- Accurately take food orders from guests and enter them 100% accurately into the system
- Obtain and communicate allergy information and special needs efficiently
- Accurately deliver hot and cold food from the kitchen
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables and transporting food to and from the kitchen
- Coordinate activities with team members to ensure a smooth dining experience
- Display a cordial, accommodating, and hospitable disposition while interacting with guests
