The role of Bar Server is at the heart of this experience, serving as an ambassador of fine South African wines and cuisine. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system, Toast, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
- Assist with food handling, preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest happiness
- Utilize our Slack communication systems for accurate and timely communication with your team
- Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards in food service
