Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in bar and/or restaurant environments, fine dining preferred
  • Basic level wine knowledge, WSET 1 or CMS 1 is a plus
  • Proficiency with POS systems, Toast preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
  • Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling and order calculations
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system, Toast, ensuring timely delivery
  • Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
  • Assist with food handling, preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
  • Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest happiness
  • Utilize our Slack communication systems for accurate and timely communication with your team
  • Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards in food service
