Job Requirements
- Previous experience in bar and/or restaurant environments, fine dining preferred
- Basic level wine knowledge, WSET 1 or CMS 1 is a plus
- Proficiency with POS systems, Toast preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling and order calculations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for restaurant operations

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system, Toast, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
- Assist with food handling, preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest happiness
- Utilize our Slack communication systems for accurate and timely communication with your team
- Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards in food service
