This role is focused on maintaining the cleanliness and efficient operation of bars within Caesars Entertainment properties. As a Barback, the employee supports bartenders by ensuring that all bar areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies, including liquor, beer, mixes, ice, and cleaning products. The role involves removing trash, sweeping and mopping floors, deep cleaning bars on a regular basis, and maintaining an inventory of supplies used during day-to-day operations. Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to push, pull, twist and lift up to 30 lbs
- Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting and noise levels
- Must be able to work in a fast paced physically demanding environment
- Previous bar experience a plus
- Ability to understand and comply with all department and company policies and procedures, rules, and regulations
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
- Must be able to obtain an alcohol awareness card
- High school education or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of bars including removing trash, sweeping and mopping floors
- Remove mats and clean sticky surfaces
- Deep clean bars weekly including wiping bottles, countertops, walls, and cabinets
- Stock bars with liquor, beer, fruit, mixes, straws, napkins, ice, and cleaning products
- Assist bartenders as needed
- Keep records of inventory transfers
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
