Established with a mission to give EVERY guest and teammate an AWESOME experience, Alamo Drafthouse has grown to become a beloved brand that offers much more than just movies. Located at 2548 Central Park Ave, Yonkers, New York, this venue embraces a community-focused culture and prides itself on providing enjoyable and memorable experiences within their local neighborhoods. The company emphasizes values such as doing the right thing, fostering community, boldly going by innovating, and genuinely caring about the work they do. These core values define the environment and culture of the workplace, encouraging a fun but respectful atmosphere where each team member contributes meaningfully to the guest experience.

The Alamo Production Crew is central to the success of this theater, including service bartenders who play a vital role in maintaining high standards for drink preparation and customer service. As a member of the Alamo Service Bar team, the primary role involves preparing drinks based on precise recipes while ensuring they meet the company’s standards in presentation and timely delivery. This job requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to cleanliness and safety, as team members are responsible not only for crafting beverages but also for cleanliness and organization behind the scenes.
