Established with the mission to reinvent the movie-going experience, Alamo Drafthouse is much more than just a theater; it is a community hub where film lovers gather to enjoy curated screenings, special events, and quality food and beverages. With multiple locations across the United States, including Austin, Texas, this company has carved out a niche by combining cinema with a full-service bar and kitchen that prioritizes excellent customer service and a fun, inclusive atmosphere.

The company culture at Alamo Drafthouse is deeply rooted in community values, respect, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. Their core values emphasize doing the right thing, fostering community, boldly pursuing innovation, and caring passionately about creating memorable experiences for both guests and teammates. This commitment has made them a beloved brand among moviegoers and employees alike, offering a workplace where people can be themselves while performing meaningful work in a dynamic environment.

The Production Crew at Alamo Drafthouse, which includes service bartenders, forms the heartbeat of the theater's operational team. The compensation range for this role is between $17.00 and $21.50 per hour, with opportunities for tip sharing, providing additional income potential. Employment is based in Austin, Texas, at the 1911 Aldrich St Ste 120 location. Alamo Drafthouse offers a vibrant workplace where employees enjoy perks such as free movies and food, paid time off, flexible scheduling, and access to medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, and voluntary benefits available to both full-time and part-time teammates.

The position requires working nights, weekends, and holidays to meet service demands and involves physical responsibilities such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods through shifts. Employees are supported by clear operational processes, ongoing training in safety and compliance, and a positive, respectful work environment that encourages professional growth and excellence.
