Job Duties
- Prepare fresh ingredients, mixes, garnishes, and batch recipes to recipe and quality standards
- Stock and organize bar inventory, ensuring all items are ready and easily accessible for service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, storage spaces, and bar stations
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times
- Support the Bar team by ensuring all prep is completed accurately and on time
- Use your attention to detail and time management skills to stay ahead of daily prep needs
