Job Duties
- Help the Front of House team execute flawless operations by providing support with freshly made cocktails
- Support smooth bar transitions by being timely and efficient in prepping and restocking bar inventory to restaurant standards
- Develop a safe, comfortable, and accessible environment for guests by being proactive in overall cleanliness and addressing any issues
- Be a business owner every shift you work, taking responsibility and accountability for the quality and efficiency of your work
- Assist with delivery management and timely restocking of bar supplies
- Prepare garnishes and juice fruits as required for cocktail preparation
- Maintain organized and sanitized bar prep areas to meet health and safety standards
