Job Requirements

Prior food and beverage experience required preferably beverage in a gaming or hospitality environment
Must be able to lift at least twenty pounds at one time and grip necessary items such as glasses, garnishments, money, etc
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time as well as bend, stoop, and twist while serving cocktails
Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and team members
Must attend and pass Responsible Alcohol Training and adhere to cut-off procedures
Ability to communicate with team members and guests
Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process and maintain all licensing requirements
Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays

Job Qualifications

Prior food and beverage experience preferably in beverage service within a gaming or hospitality environment
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with guests and team members
Successful completion of Responsible Alcohol Training and adherence to cut-off procedures
Ability to communicate well with team members and guests
Ability to fulfill pre-employment screening process and maintain licensing requirements
Flexibility to work various shifts and days including holidays

Job Duties

Ensuring bars have the requisite amounts of glassware, liquor, serving supplies or other required items to properly open shifts
Helping maintain organization and cleanliness of beverage outlets and stations including moving furniture to prepare the space for guests
Filling all beer and wine coolers inside bar and storage areas as orders come in
Filling all ice bins prior to opening and during the duration of the shift
Cutting garnishes and filling garnishes based on specific bar expectations
Flushing and filling coffee machines
Keeping bar top and work areas clean and functioning
Working all shifts as required
Assisting in the preparation of drink orders as required such as icing glasses and garnishing drinks
Possessing complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job
Ensuring all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
Remaining up to date on all departmental policies and procedures
Complying with all departmental rules, side-work assignments, and procedures
Performing all other duties specified or assigned
