- Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- six months of food service experience preferred
- experience in a resort setting preferred
- ability to maintain cleanliness and handle inventory
- ability to perform physical tasks involving lifting and standing

Job Duties
- Stock and serve assigned beverage outlets
- maintain assigned levels of inventory including delivery and stock of glassware, condiments, packaged beverages, paper products, and other necessary items
- maintain cleanliness of beverage areas including bar equipment, tools, supplies, trash removal, deep cleaning, sanitation, and work area
- complete required paperwork including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries
- maintain pars of liquor, beer, and supplies in cooler and dry storage area, order as needed
- set up and breakdown portable bars in designated areas
- ensure correct usage of freight elevators and delivery routes
- organize and maintain beverage pump room areas including products, storage rooms, and warehouses
- identify non-stock items and alert management
- resolve guest complaints within scope of authority, refer matters to management as necessary
- perform other job-related duties as requested
