With a commitment to creating extraordinary moments, Caesars combines premier gaming, entertainment, and dining to deliver unforgettable experiences to guests. Their mission, "Create the Extraordinary," reflects a dedication to excellence and innovation in every aspect of their operations. The company’s vision is to build spectacular worlds that immerse, inspire, and connect guests, delivering magical experiences through exceptional service and attention to detail. Caesars Entertainment's core values—"Blaze the Trail," "Together We Win," and "All-In on Service"—emphasize teamwork, leadership, and superior guest service, fostering a workplace where employees and guests alike feel valued and engaged. They also prioritize corporate social responsibility through their People Planet Play initiative, focusing on economic development, employee wellbeing, and positive community impact.

The role of Bar Stocker at Caesars Entertainment exemplifies their commitment to offering unparalleled guest experiences by supporting the bar operations within the casino environment. Specifically positioned at Horseshoe Casino Hammond, which is recognized as the premier entertainment and gambling destination near Chicago and Northwest Indiana, this part-time role pays approximately $15 per hour and involves various responsibilities essential to maintaining smooth bar service. The Bar Stocker ensures the bar is well-supplied, clean, and compliant with regulations from the Coast Guard, Indiana Liquor Commission, and Health Department. The position involves stocking bars, assisting bartenders with supplies, cleaning glassware, managing ice bins, and maintaining overall cleanliness in the bar area.

Working at Horseshoe Casino Hammond, a facility with over 2,100 slot machines and 100 table games, the Bar Stocker contributes to the entertainment atmosphere by enhancing the guest’s beverage experience. The casino also offers fresh dining options through The Eatery: Café and H Burger, complementing the overall environment. The company has been honored as "Best Place to Work" for nine consecutive years, underscoring its supportive and rewarding work culture.

In this role, candidates must be able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic workplace where teamwork and professionalism are key. The Bar Stocker works closely with bartenders and cocktail servers to ensure timely supply delivery and assistance during service hours. They are responsible for physical tasks such as changing CO2 tanks, rotating stock, and handling deliveries, requiring stamina and ability to work in standing and walking positions for extended periods. Flexibility to work various shifts including holidays and weekends is essential.

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, handling equipment issues promptly by notifying supervisors, and maintaining clean and organized workspaces are vital aspects of the job. The hiring process includes background checks and may involve drug testing, reflecting Caesars Entertainment’s commitment to maintaining a secure and responsible workplace. This role offers an excellent entry point into the entertainment hospitality industry with opportunities for skill development within a well-respected and inclusive company that values diversity and equality.
