The Bar Porter role at HCG MADISON is a pivotal position within the HCG-M Bar department. Also referred to as Bar Back, this role demands the ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, ensuring timely delivery and transfer of products to various bar locations throughout the casino, hotel, convention center, restaurants, beverage stations, and commissary areas. Job Duties
- deliver and transfer products to various bars within the casino, hotel, convention center, restaurants, beverage stations, and commissary
- work closely with bartenders, beverage servers, and beverage supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- assist in maintaining stock levels and inventory for all beverage stations
- clean and organize bar areas to comply with health and safety standards
- lift and carry heavy items to support bar operations
- respond promptly to requests from bartenders and other team members
- ensure that beverage stations are prepared and fully supplied throughout shifts
