Reporting directly to the General Manager of Restaurant and Bar, the Host/Hostess acts as a key team player within the Food & Beverage department, assisting in the smooth flow of restaurant operations. The Host/Hostess is responsible for welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, effectively managing seating assignments, overseeing reservations, and ensuring that the dining environment meets meticulous cleanliness and presentation standards before service begins. Moreover, a comprehensive understanding of the menu, including ingredients and restaurant details, is essential to support guest inquiries and assist servers.
