We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Bar Manager / Lead Bartender to join our team in a hands-on leadership role. This position oversees daily bar operations, ensuring smooth shift management while maintaining the highest levels of service and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in both the operational aspects of the bar and direct customer engagement, capable of stepping behind the bar during busy periods to support their team. This role requires someone who is not only a strong leader but also passionate about the craft of bartending, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to enforcing health, sanitation, and safety standards.

As Bar Manager / Lead Bartender, the individual will play a crucial role in driving both sales growth and enhanced guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, leading the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, handling customer complaints with professionalism, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including restrooms. The role also involves contributing to the development of new drink menus, planning special events, and executing marketing initiatives to boost revenue. Candidates with a proven track record in front-of-house leadership, extensive knowledge of spirits and cocktails, strong conflict resolution skills, financial literacy related to POS systems and inventory, and valid state certifications will find this opportunity especially rewarding. Job Requirements

Current state-issued alcohol/bartender license
Valid food handler's permit
2-5 years progressive hospitality management experience
Proven front-of-house leadership
Extensive knowledge of spirits, craft beer, and cocktails
Strong conflict resolution skills
Financial literacy
Excellent communication skills
High attention to cleanliness standards

Job Duties

Manage shift operations and create staff schedules
Ensure excellent customer service across bar and front-of-house areas
