Job Requirements
- At least 3 years bartending experience
- Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to prepare and serve a variety of drinks
- Knowledge of compliance with alcohol regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and cost controls
- Develop drink menus, specials, and promotions
- Prepare and serve classic cocktails, premium spirits, beer, and wine
- Provide attentive, polished service in a relaxed lounge environment
- Engage with guests in a knowledgeable, professional, and friendly manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- Handle POS transactions and cash accurately
- Verify IDs and ensure compliance with all alcohol and lounge regulations
- Work closely with lounge staff to maintain a calm, upscale atmosphere
- Promote responsible alcohol service at all times
