This position of Bar Manager is specifically based at Stage AE, a vibrant concert and event venue known for hosting sold-out concerts, festivals, and special events that draw large crowds. As the Bar Manager at Stage AE within Aramark, you will lead your team using Aramark's established coaching model to develop employees to their full potential while rewarding and recognizing excellent performance. You'll conduct daily briefings to align the team, ensure all safety and sanitation guidelines are met, and maintain a compliant, healthy work environment. You will play an essential role in maintaining client relationships by identifying their needs and communicating progress clearly. Financial stewardship is a key part of the role, with responsibilities including P&L statement management, hitting both client and company financial targets, and implementing cost controls to protect profitability. You will promote operational efficiency, supervise team production quality, and lead compliance initiatives around food service safety and labor standards.
