Job Duties
- oversee day-to-day bar operations and support overall front-of-house flow
- lead from the floor with a hands-on, guest-focused approach
- train, coach, and develop bartenders and service team members
- maintain strong standards across cocktails, wine, spirits, and beverage execution
- manage inventory, ordering, and bar costs with strong financial awareness
- support private events and group business with polished execution
- help maintain cleanliness, organization, and consistency across the bar program
