Job Duties

  • oversee day-to-day bar operations and support overall front-of-house flow
  • lead from the floor with a hands-on, guest-focused approach
  • train, coach, and develop bartenders and service team members
  • maintain strong standards across cocktails, wine, spirits, and beverage execution
  • manage inventory, ordering, and bar costs with strong financial awareness
  • support private events and group business with polished execution
  • help maintain cleanliness, organization, and consistency across the bar program
