Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment
- demonstrated expertise in drink preparation and menu knowledge
- proven ability to lead, train, and manage a team

Job Duties
- Innovate and create drink menus and propose promotions that align with the brand and local tastes
- lead and train bartenders and servers on bar menus, drink preparation, and company standards
- manage all bar operations including opening and closing duties, inventory control, quality checks, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
- collaborate with the operational team to ensure smooth service and a flawless guest experience
- assist managers and team members throughout shifts and complete additional tasks as assigned
