Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment
  • demonstrated expertise in drink preparation and menu knowledge
  • proven ability to lead, train, and manage a team
  • exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • ability to work efficiently, independently, and collaboratively
  • a positive, adaptable, and team-focused mindset

  • Extensive knowledge of bar menus and drink recipes
  • ability to create new drinks without relying on recipes

Job Duties

  • Innovate and create drink menus and propose promotions that align with the brand and local tastes
  • lead and train bartenders and servers on bar menus, drink preparation, and company standards
  • manage all bar operations including opening and closing duties, inventory control, quality checks, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
  • collaborate with the operational team to ensure smooth service and a flawless guest experience
  • assist managers and team members throughout shifts and complete additional tasks as assigned
