The Plano, TX location of Sushi Masa is actively seeking a skilled and creative Head Barista / Mixologist to lead its bar operations. This full-time, salaried role offers a competitive starting salary of $55,000 per year, highlighting the importance and leadership expected in this position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the bar, from innovating and curating creative drink menus to overseeing daily bar operations, including inventory management, quality control, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
