Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in bar management or related position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in inventory and budget management systems
- Valid alcohol service certification
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in bar management or hospitality leadership role
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and inventory management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to create innovative drink menus
- Strong organizational and budgeting abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in hospitality
Job Duties
- Oversee daily beverage operations including staff management and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and update beverage menus to enhance guest experience
- Manage budgets to drive profitability
- Maintain high standard service in hotel bars, lounges, pool bars, and event spaces
- Train and develop bar staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Coordinate with other hotel departments for smooth operation
