We are currently seeking a highly talented and motivated Bar Manager for El Mirador Rooftop Bar & Restaurant at Paso Del Norte in El Paso, Texas. The pay range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

The Bar Manager will oversee all daily beverage operations, ensuring seamless service and a memorable guest experience. You will be responsible for managing staff, controlling inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in bar management or related position
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency in inventory and budget management systems
  • Valid alcohol service certification
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
