We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to join our dedicated team and lead the bar operations. The Bar Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every guest experiences exceptional service, innovative beverage options, and a welcoming environment. This full-time position offers an annual salary range of $50,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent management skills, and a deep understanding of bar operations in an upscale casual or fine dining setting. Responsibilities include managing inventory, increasing revenue through strategic marketing and promotions, overseeing guest services, and ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards. The Bar Manager will also be responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring bartenders, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar areas, and scheduling staff to meet operational demands. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of professionalism, a positive and personable demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.   • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties

  • Be professional at all times including attire, timely arrival, communication, and leadership
  • Lead by example in all aspects of bar management
  • Manage inventory efficiently to reduce waste and optimize supply
  • Increase revenue through marketing and promotions of Kitchen + Kocktails
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar areas
  • Oversee guest services and resolve any issues promptly and effectively
  • Train, coach, mentor, and supervise bartenders to ensure high performance
  • Interview potential team members to build a strong bar staff
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant operational needs
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
