Row 34 Burlington is currently seeking an experienced Bar Manager to take charge of all aspects of bar operations in a busy, high-volume setting. This role is unique in that although it primarily focuses on the bar and beverage program, it is a comprehensive restaurant management position. The Bar Manager is expected to be an active presence not only behind the bar but also in the dining room, at the host stand, and on the floor alongside other members of the management team. This hands-on management approach helps ensure a seamless guest experience across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily bar activities, leading and developing the bar staff through training and scheduling, and maintaining quality and consistency in service throughout the bar and dining areas.
