Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience in bar management event management or a related hospitality role
- certification in responsible alcohol service such as TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- proficiency with point of sale systems and inventory management software
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- reliable transportation to and from event venues
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in bar management event management or hospitality
- certification in responsible alcohol service e.g. tips servsafe alcohol
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent customer service and communication abilities
- experience with pos systems and inventory management tools
- knowledge of beverages bar operations and mixology
- ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
Job Duties
