Whether you work with us, stay with us, live with us, or discover with us, we believe our purpose is to create impressions that will stay with you for a lifetime. It comes from our belief that life is richer when we truly connect to the people and the world around us.
Write your own music city story at Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Nashville, a soaring new landmark in the upmarket SoBro neighborhood of downtown Nashville. Known for its creativity and vibrant hospitality scene, Nashville offers a unique blend of music, sports, and entertainment, and Four Seasons connects guests to the city's authentic spirit. The hotel boasts 40 stories of luxury with 235 keys, including 42 suites and 143 residence units, incredible panoramic views of downtown from floor-to-ceiling windows, 25,330 sq ft of meeting space, the Mimo Restaurant and Bar, a luxury spa, and an outdoor pool deck with views of the Cumberland River and Riverfront Park.
Positioned at the crossroads of the lively energy of Music City and the timeless Southern hospitality for which Four Seasons is celebrated, the Assistant Bar Service Manager role is a key leadership position within this exceptional venue. The Assistant Bar Service Manager works closely with the Bar Manager and the General Manager to curate an elegant menu and wine list, maintain product quality, and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws. Responsibilities also include managing labor and operating expenses, overseeing daily outlet operations, motivating and developing team members to meet Four Seasons' high cultural and core standards, and maintaining excellent public relations by handling guest concerns gracefully.
