Currently, Chotto Matte San Francisco is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee the operations of its high-volume bar. This leadership role is perfect for a motivated professional eager to manage and inspire a talented team of bartenders within a fast-paced and demanding environment. The Bar Manager will be accountable for maintaining high standards of service, product quality, and team development throughout the venue’s daily operations. Collaboration with senior management and floor teams is essential to ensure seamless guest experiences from start to finish. Responsibilities will include managing inventory, overseeing supplier relationships, maintaining compliance with licensing and health regulations, and continuously innovating the bar menu with fresh cocktails and wine selections to keep offerings exciting and seasonally relevant.
This role offers a competitive salary between $90,000 and $100,000, offering an attractive package based on experience. A commitment to working late nights and maintaining a visible leadership presence on the floor is essential for success in this role. In return, the Bar Manager will join a globally recognized restaurant brand known for its quality and innovation, working in a dynamic atmosphere that celebrates creativity both in culinary arts and hospitality management. This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate bar professional to advance their career in a leading hospitality group dedicated to excellence and guest satisfaction.
