Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in bartending or bar management in a high-volume setting
Proven expertise in cocktails and wine
Ability to work late night shifts including weekends
Leadership skills with experience in staff recruitment and training
Strong understanding of licensing and health and safety regulations
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage stock and supplier relationships efficiently

Job Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar high-volume premium bar or hospitality setting
Exceptional cocktail and wine knowledge with a passion for product innovation
Strong leadership skills with proven experience in hiring and training bar teams
Comfort working late nights
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to energise the team

Job Duties

Oversee the day-to-day running of the high-volume bar ensuring consistency and quality in every drink served
Recruit train and develop a high-performing bartender team
Deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced late-night environment
Create and maintain a strong bar culture focusing on knowledge service and team engagement
Work closely with senior management and the floor team to ensure seamless service
Ensure compliance with all licensing health and safety and hygiene regulations
Manage stock levels ordering and supplier relationships
Keep the bar menus innovative seasonal and exciting with a strong focus on cocktails and wine
Be a visible leader on the floor especially during peak trading hours and late-night shifts
