Job Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the high-volume bar ensuring consistency and quality in every drink served
- Recruit train and develop a high-performing bartender team
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced late-night environment
- Create and maintain a strong bar culture focusing on knowledge service and team engagement
- Work closely with senior management and floor team to ensure seamless service
- Ensure compliance with licensing health and safety and hygiene regulations
- Manage stock levels ordering and supplier relationships
- Keep bar menus innovative seasonal and exciting with a strong focus on cocktails and wine
- Be a visible leader on the floor especially during peak trading hours and late-night shifts
