Job Description

Our establishment is a vibrant and well-established restaurant that prides itself on delivering exceptional dining and beverage experiences to our guests. With a strong focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence, we have built a reputable brand that guests return to time and again. We operate in a fast-paced hospitality environment where maintaining high standards is key to our success and growth in the industry. Our team is dedicated to creating an inviting atmosphere, providing superior service, and fostering a culture of professionalism and respect among staff and customers alike.

The Bar Manager role is integral to the smooth daily operations of our bar area. This leadership position entails overseeing all aspects including staff management, inventory control, compliance with alcohol regulations, and cost management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that every beverage served meets our high standards for quality and presentation, while also maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting bar environment. The Bar Manager will also collaborate closely with General Managers and vendors to streamline operations and uphold the restaurant’s positive image. This is a full-time management position offering competitive compensation commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for career advancement within our expanding business.

The role requires a proactive approach to supervising bar staff, including training on product knowledge, policies, and customer service excellence. Maintaining compliance with ServSafe alcohol, food safety protocols, OSHA, and HACCP standards is critical. The Bar Manager must be adept at analyzing sales data and budget information to effectively manage costs related to labor and waste, while simultaneously enhancing the guest experience. This position demands strong communication skills, leadership ability, and the capacity to work under pressure without sacrificing quality or customer service standards. Furthermore, the Bar Manager will manage day-to-day bar operations such as scheduling, opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting facility maintenance issues promptly.
