Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Four years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
  • OR Two-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • Two years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
  • Ability to manage bar/lounge operations
  • Understand local, state, and federal beverage and liquor laws
  • Capability to handle inventory and cost controls
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Two years experience in food and beverage or culinary field
  • Knowledge of beverage control and liquor laws

  • Ability to manage budgets and financial reports

Job Duties

  • Manage daily bar/lounge shift operations
  • Supervise bar/lounge staff and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Implement and enforce beverage policies and liquor laws
  • Manage liquor inventories and cost controls
  • Assist in menu planning and promotions
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle guest feedback
  • Train staff on policies and procedures
