Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- OR Two-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Two years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- Ability to manage bar/lounge operations
- Understand local, state, and federal beverage and liquor laws
- Capability to handle inventory and cost controls
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily bar/lounge shift operations
- Supervise bar/lounge staff and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Implement and enforce beverage policies and liquor laws
- Manage liquor inventories and cost controls
- Assist in menu planning and promotions
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest feedback
- Train staff on policies and procedures
