Job Requirements

  • College coursework with Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
  • Prior experience in purchasing and production
  • Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift up to 10 hours
  • Must be able to bend and stoop frequently
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs including beer kegs
  • Must be able to read and write English
  • Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
  • Identify operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
  • Staff, train, and develop bartenders and hourly team members
  • Manage daily bar operations including guest interaction and product quality
  • Maintain beverage quality through cleanliness and proper storage
  • Manage inventory and control beverage costs effectively
  • Oversee security procedures to protect team, guests, and assets
