Job Requirements
- College coursework with Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
- Prior experience in purchasing and production
- Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift up to 10 hours
- Must be able to bend and stoop frequently
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs including beer kegs
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
- Identify operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
- Staff, train, and develop bartenders and hourly team members
- Manage daily bar operations including guest interaction and product quality
- Maintain beverage quality through cleanliness and proper storage
- Manage inventory and control beverage costs effectively
- Oversee security procedures to protect team, guests, and assets
