Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant management experience
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation and bar operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership capabilities with a collaborative style
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Oversee bar operations and ensure high standards of service
- Lead and motivate bartending team
- Manage inventory and supply orders
- Develop and maintain creative beverage programs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent guest experiences through attentive service
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to enhance overall guest satisfaction
