Job Requirements

  • College coursework with Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months restaurant management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years bar experience
  • Prior experience in purchasing and production
  • Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift up to 10 hours
  • Frequent bending and stooping required
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs including beer kegs
  • Must be able to read and write English
  • Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise

Job Qualifications

  • College coursework with Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
  • Experience in purchasing and production
  • Ability to walk and stand for up to 10 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs including beer kegs
  • Proficient in reading and writing English
  • Able to hear well in noisy environments

Job Duties

  • Drives sales through local marketing initiatives
  • Identifies and implements operational improvements for sales growth and cost control
  • Staffs, trains, and develops bar team members
  • Manages daily bar operations including guest interaction and quality control
  • Maintains beverage quality, cleanliness, and inventory management
  • Oversees bar equipment operations and preventive maintenance
  • Acts as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager
