Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- Kitchen Managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- Position reports to General Manager

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
- Oversee staff performance and provide leadership and training
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as necessary
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic goals and operational improvements
- Monitor financial performance and control costs
