This role is for a Bar Manager who will play a pivotal part in overseeing and managing all aspects of the bar's daily operations. The Bar Manager will lead a team of bartenders, ensuring they deliver accurate and speedy mixed beverages in line with the establishment’s standards. The Bar Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, beverage quality, and safety while controlling costs related to beverages, production, and labor.

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to walk and stand for entire shift up to 10 hours
  • Frequent bending and stooping required
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs including beer kegs
  • Must be able to read and write English
  • Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise

Job Qualifications

  • College coursework with Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of bar experience with extensive bar operations knowledge
  • Prior experience in purchasing and production
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to manage financial results and operational budgets

Job Duties

  • Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
