Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand for entire shift up to 10 hours
- Frequent bending and stooping required
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs including beer kegs
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise
Job Qualifications
- College coursework with Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of bar experience with extensive bar operations knowledge
- Prior experience in purchasing and production
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to manage financial results and operational budgets
Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
- Identify operational opportunities to control costs and increase sales
- Manage staffing, training, and development of bartenders
