This summer, MSV is expanding its footprint with the opening of One Prime & Food Hall, located in the highly anticipated One09 building situated in downtown Madison, Wisconsin. Overlooking the serene Lake Monona, the One09 development offers a vibrant setting featuring a first-floor public food hall, promenade, and plaza with stunning waterfront views. This new venue will blend architectural elegance with culinary excellence, providing guests with a memorable atmosphere that celebrates the best of seasonal and local produce.

Each restaurant under the Mainstreet Ventures umbrella offers distinctive decor and menus that range from seafood, steakhouse fare, Italian, to American cuisines, all prepared from an all-scratch kitchen with a focus on quality and consistency. The Bar Manager role at One Prime & Food Hall is an exciting leadership position, reporting directly within the bar management team. This role is pivotal in managing the restaurant’s front of house and service teams, including assistant managers, ensuring that each guest receives an experience that exceeds expectations. The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the bar, maintaining high standards for quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will bring at least two years of bar management experience within an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment, with a preference for those who have worked in a steakhouse setting. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and demonstrate a strong ability to interpret and manage recipes to control costs and minimize waste. Attention to detail and strong broiler skills are essential attributes for success in this role.
