The Bar Manager role at Paws Up Montana is a critical leadership position within the resort’s vibrant Food and Beverage team, primarily overseeing the operations of Tank, the resort’s signature bar noted for its innovative cocktail offerings and premium beverage selections. Key responsibilities include managing inventory and cost control, ensuring compliance with state liquor laws, and orchestrating a seamless guest experience through polished service and elegant bar presentation. The position also involves pioneering seasonal drink menus and engaging guest experiences such as whiskey tastings and mixology classes, thereby reinforcing Tank’s reputation as a premier destination for luxury hospitality.

Paws Up Montana values innovation and team collaboration, encouraging the Bar Manager to stay informed on industry trends and educational opportunities to continually enhance the quality and creativity of the beverage program. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment and is motivated to contribute to a prestigious resort known for its commitment to excellence, genuine hospitality, and an immersive guest experience.
