In addition to daily supervisory responsibilities, the role involves training new team members on bar procedures, recipes, and service standards, as well as safety protocols. The Bar Lead leads by example, demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to outstanding hospitality that enhances guest satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a comprehensive knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
OVG values diversity and inclusivity, recognizing that these elements drive innovation, strengthen their team, and improve service and excellence within their offerings. The company fosters a welcoming environment that reflects the diverse communities it serves. Oak View Group is an equal employment opportunity employer committed to creating spaces where employees and guests alike feel valued and respected regardless of race, gender, age, or other protected classes.
This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and event days, as it is crucial to maintaining smooth and efficient bar operations during peak times.
