Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED

Job Duties

work behind the bar to facilitate the smooth flow of service to customers by bartenders and beverage servers
perform the service of replenishing stock and all cleaning required behind the bar
check and maintain the required par stock on assigned station
obtain replacement stock from the dispensing room and or warehouse in accordance with established procedures
maintain cleanliness and order on assigned station
assist the bartender in providing maximum efficiency and service levels by retrieving guests' special requests and during busy times icing drink glasses and pouring non-alcoholic drinks
meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies
demonstrate Caesars Spotlight 5 behaviors including initiating friendly greeting, smiles and makes eye contact, demonstrates upbeat and positive attitude, checks for satisfaction, provides a warm farewell
